2016 has seen Universal Systems Controls enjoy a rapid period of growth as the business continues to go from strength to strength, securing contracts with large retail chains such as Marks and Spencer and East of England Co-op.
The next year promises to be another successful one, with contracts secured with several new-build schools and academies in Suffolk, Essex and Norfolk. Work is almost complete on a major laboratory project in Didcot, which involved the integration of building energy management systems (BeMS) and energy equipment into the RDM KWeb monitoring and billing system, which included live maintenance reporting and live maps.
The continued successful relationship with M&S, which involves the installation of high level specification Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) upgrades throughout the UK, will bolster the company’s stake in the Retail sector, creating a new division of the business.
